The Founder and Director of Instruction at the KMR School of Golf is Kevin M. Ralbovsky. Kevin began his professional career at a ripe age of twenty and became a PGA of America member at age twenty two in 1991. As an assistant professional at Waialae Country Club, Kevin honed his golf skills and became a prominent tournament player in Hawaii.
In 1994-95, Kevin played tournament golf full-time, taking a leave of absence from his job. He played the South African Tour, the PGA of America Tournament Series and the Golden State Tour. Upon returning to Waialae CC, he began a eight year tenure as Head Teaching Professional.
In 1997, he and partner Ken Springer won the Aloha Section PGA Scotch 4 Ball Championship. Kevin is also a 3-time member of the Governor John Burns Challenge Cup Team, a member of the 1994 -95 FNB South African Tour and has qualified for the 1993 SONY Open, the 1996 National Club Pro Championship and the 2002 Western Regional PGA Club Pro Champioship.
Kevin was rated as the #1 Golf Teacher in the State of Hawaii by Golf Digest Magazine in 2001. Golf Magazine has honored him in their listing of top golf instructors of the Western Region in the United States in 2003, 2005 and in 2007. Kevin is also listed in the Guide To America's Top Golf Instructors and he won the 2001 and 2004 Aloha Section PGA Golf Teacher of the Year award.
Most famously, Kevin has taught some of the best junior golfers in the history of Hawaii State Golf. In 2002, the KMR School of Golf began its operations at the majestic Ko' Olau Golf Course. His students have won a total of twenty one amateur tournaments in Hawaii, including all of the state's majors, some on numerous occasions.
Natasha Ashton comes to Hawaii via her home state of Oregon, where she excelled in athletics--especially basketball and golf. Tasha recently graduated towards the top of her class from the San Diego Golf Academy in December of 2006.
Her passion and dedication for teaching has been a tremendous boost for the KMR Program. Tasha did a four month apprenticeship in 2006 with KMR, before starting full-time in January. She will pursue her career and professional standing through the PGA Program in 2007.
Tasha starts her career with KMR at our most exciting time, 2007 marking our youngest and biggest group of students to date. Her impact will make a difference on the quality of Hawaii's finest junior golfers.

Kiyoko Sieradzki has worked with the KMR School of Golf since our inception at Ko' Olau Golf Course in 2003. She has made an invaluable contribution, training our students through the disciplines of Yoga. Many of our very top students substantially improve their performance as their strength, flexibility, balance and awareness improves.
Kiyoko has been a member of the LPGA since 1978 and was recently inducted as a lifetime member. She teaches golf both at Ko Olau Golf Course and The Honolulu Club. She is also a certified Yoga Instructor and teaches advanced classes regularly. Kiyoko combined the two activities and created a unique blend of golf and Yoga named Yo-Golf, which she also instructs.
John Hearn PGA has been a Director of Golf at outstanding private clubs like Brightwater in Colorado and The Reserve in California. He has an excellent history of both playing and teaching the game of golf. John brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the KMR program.
After growing up in Hawaii and graduating from Punahou School, John left for the mainland to pursue college golf at the University of the Pacific, then a career in the golf profession.
John was the 2001 Desert Chapter PGA Player of the Year, two time PGA National Club Professional particpant and the 2003 Waikoloa Open Champion.
He returns to Hawaii with his wife Chie, who is also a golf instructor and their two boys. John wants to return to teaching and playing competitive golf. His influence with the students at KMR will be invaluable for their development in the game and we are extremely fortunate to have his prescence on a daily basis.
