DONATION REQUESTS
Sponsorship and Contributions
Donations towards the 2008-09 KMR School of Golf will go into the Financial Aid Program as well as the operation's budget administered by the KMR Board of Directors. All Student Financial Aid will be based on the need of families and their current tax return will be required in order to apply.
All donations received by the KMR School of Golf are tax-deductible.
Our organization is established as a 501 (c) (3), publicly supported, non-profit corporation founded to foster training for youth golfers participating in national and international golf competition. Upon receipt of donation, a letter of acceptance will be sent to the sponsor for tax purposes.
Donations for 2008-09 are broken down into two categories:
Contributions… $200+
Our goal is to collect at least 50 contributions in order to maintain publicly supported status for our school.
One Year Sponsorship… $7,500+
Our goal is to have at least 15 sponsors so that we can achieve our annual budget which includes financial aid, staff salaries, insurances, rent, equipment, website, tournament travel expenses, outings, legal and accounting services.
Checks should be made to the KMR School of Golf with either a $200+ contribution or a $7,500+ donation sponsorship.
Sponsors may break donation pledge into increments.
Your donation makes a difference. I would be pleased to discuss any areas of the School that you would like to support. KMR School of Golf is a public charity exempt from income, gift and estate taxes under the 501 (c)(3) section of the Internal Revenue Code.
